A list of Frequently Asked Questions on the Server in #create-a-ticket or in #passport-chat. Please take some initiative and read through these first to see if you can answer your own question before going onto asking someone else. It keeps the Staff Members free and gives them more free time to focus on other stuff

After application is put in takes a day or two to get accepted /or denied

Don't ask for a job in emails contact the person in the city

Roles are automated so if you do get something from the store should only have wait for a couple mintues if what you got involves a discord role

Make sure you are log into the right discord when getting items from the store. (We will not be responsible for your mistake)

How to get whitelisted. Visit our tebex store under Server Application. Go to Applicant Role (please make sure the right discord account is linked before donating) then wait for discord management to @ your name in #passport-accepted then you have to wait for management you give you the passport role

Prio is one time fee and so is a passport

Getting coin packages /redeem with code (ingame) from Tebex email then go to donor shop to get cash or buy a car

Female Whitelist you have to make a ticket and a female admin or another admin will have you turn your camera on to verify that you are a female (might ask other question to verify you as well)

If you don't know how something works please try to find out in the city(ex. ask someone that's around you and see if they know how it works ) Don't make a ticket it will get closed

/Report "message" (InGame) only for TOS, Mass Vdm-Rdm

Custom Job/MLO- as long as it doesn't interfere with the city those items can be put in.. Visit our Tebex store to get those items then make a ticket explaining what you want

1-1 CARCLUB- Donate thur our Tebex Store once done please make a ticket and tell us what car you want
